Introduction to Dhabadesk
Welcome to Dhabadesk! This documentation will guide you through setting up and using your new all-in-one POS system.
Note: Make sure you have completed the onboarding process with our support team before diving deep into configurations.
Installation & Setup
Dhabadesk is a cloud-based web application, but it can be installed as a PWA (Progressive Web App) on your devices.
- Open Dhabadesk in Chrome.
- Click the "Install" icon in the address bar.
- Launch it from your desktop or home screen.
Billing & Orders
The billing screen is designed for speed. Here's how to punch an order:
1. Select Table -> 2. Add Items -> 3. Click "Print KOT"
To split a bill, simply select the items you want to separate and click the "Split Bill" button.
Creating Marketing Campaigns
Drive sales by sending targeted offers.
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Select "Create New Campaign".
- Choose your audience (e.g., "Customers who haven't visited in 30 days").
- Type your message and hit Send!
