Introduction to Dhabadesk

Welcome to Dhabadesk! This documentation will guide you through setting up and using your new all-in-one POS system.

Note: Make sure you have completed the onboarding process with our support team before diving deep into configurations.

Installation & Setup

Dhabadesk is a cloud-based web application, but it can be installed as a PWA (Progressive Web App) on your devices.

  1. Open Dhabadesk in Chrome.
  2. Click the "Install" icon in the address bar.
  3. Launch it from your desktop or home screen.

Billing & Orders

The billing screen is designed for speed. Here's how to punch an order:

1. Select Table -> 2. Add Items -> 3. Click "Print KOT"

To split a bill, simply select the items you want to separate and click the "Split Bill" button.

Creating Marketing Campaigns

Drive sales by sending targeted offers.

  • Go to Marketing > Campaigns.
  • Select "Create New Campaign".
  • Choose your audience (e.g., "Customers who haven't visited in 30 days").
  • Type your message and hit Send!
